We strive for minimal ingredient lists that taste amazing and this protein source is just that. Pumpkin Seed Protein is organic, gluten free, and has one ingredient, partially defatted pumpkin seeds. It is an excellent source of favourable plant sterols, and is rich in phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, zinc, and is sodium free.
