By shopping on our website, you are accepting our terms and conditions and all cautions and warnings for all products.

Returns and Refunds Policy

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Naturally Canadian.
We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
We hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We ask that you notify us of any problems within 30 days of the receipt of your order. We reserve the right to change or amend this policy. In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have.
In accordance with Health Canada’s Health & Safety guidelines, we do not accept returns. However if you do have an issue with your product, please contact our Customer Advocate team at sales@flourishhealth.ca. A Customer Advocate will answer your questions between 7:00AM and 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Shipping Information

Please note, as we work to continue to keep our community safe, we’ve implemented additional measures which may cause a slight delay of 1-2 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). 

Flourish Health is proud to offer free ground shipping for all $100+ CAD orders shipped within Canada. In order to qualify for free shipping, you must have $100 CAD or more of product and / or merchandise in your cart. We ship orders using FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, & Canpar. A shipping carrier will be determined at the time of shipping based on end destination and service selected to ensure delivery. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.

Flourish Health ships internationally via US Postal Service International First Class Package Service. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments. Flourish Health is proud to offer free ground shipping for all international orders over $100 CAD.

Shipping times vary between carriers. The shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are based on the carrier chosen at checkout. We cannot account for vendor or carrier delays that may occur tracking your package. 

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers from the shipping service selected upon checkout.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” or “Terms and Conditions”) govern your access or use of the flourishhealth.ca website and any other applications, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”) made available by Flourish Health, or its representatives, affiliates, officers and directors (collectively, “Flourish Health,” “us,” “we,” or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FLOURISH HEALTH.

Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as policies for a particular program, activity, or promotion. Supplemental terms are in addition to, and shall be deemed a part of, these Terms and Conditions. Supplemental terms shall prevail over these Terms only in the event of a conflict with respect to the applicable Services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that you are required to resolve any claim that you may have against Flourish Health on an individual basis in arbitration, as set forth in this Arbitration Agreement. This will preclude you from bringing any class, collective, or representative action against Flourish Health, and also preclude you from participating in or recovering relief under any current or future class, collective, consolidated, or representative action brought against Flourish Health by someone else.

You and Flourish Health agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to (a) any part of these Terms, or the existence, breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, or (b) your access to or use of the Services at any time, will be settled by binding arbitration between you and Flourish Health, and not in a court of law in any jurisdiction.

The parties agree that the arbitrator (“Arbitrator”), and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of this Arbitration Agreement, including any claim that all or any part of this Arbitration Agreement is void or voidable. The Arbitrator shall also be responsible for determining all threshold arbitrability issues, including issues relating to whether the Terms are unconscionable or illusory and any defense to arbitration, including waiver, delay, laches, or estoppel.

You acknowledge and agree that you and Flourish Health are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. Unless both you and Flourish Health agree in writing, any arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. However, you and Flourish Health each retain the right to bring an individual action in small claims court and the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a party’s copyright rights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or other intellectual property rights.

You agree that these Terms and Conditions describe the entire agreement between us with respect to its subject matter. This website is controlled and operated by Flourish Health located in the province of Ontario, Canada and these terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada without reference to principles of conflict of laws. You agree to be bound by such laws and to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario in connection with the interpretation or application of these terms. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, you agree that the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any applicable law to the contrary, you cannot file a claim or cause of action arising out of or related to Flourish Health or these Terms and Conditions more than one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. Flourish Health makes every attempt to continually update its website with current product listings and information; however, products and product information shown may have changed since the last update of this site.

The terms and conditions contained, referenced, and/or linked within these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, the Privacy Policy, return policy, and shipping policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flourish Health regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements, understandings, and/or representations with respect to the Service.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The Service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you confirm your agreement to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
